• How is Nourish different from other probiotics?
  Nourish is made with spore-forming probiotic strains. Most other probiotics are non–spore-forming, which means they begin to die immediately after manufacturing and cannot thrive in a capsulated environment. Spore-formers are unique because they go dormant when encapsulated and “wake up” and germinate once they reach your gut. But what makes them truly special is that spore-formers are incredibly intelligent. Instead of simply adding in one or two strains like traditional probiotics, they actually read the terrain of your microbiome and support the growth of whatever strains your gut needs most. • Will Nourish heal my gut?
  Nourish is the most effective and best quality probiotic on the market. It will replenish your good bacteria beautifully. But if you gut is imbalanced it is important to get rid of the bad bacteria, yeast and possibly even parasites. • My child can't swallow a capsule, how do they take Nourish?
  You simply open the capsule and mix the powder with Cleanse, water or breastmilk. Let it resolve and you can either let your child drink it or give it in a syringe. It is rare for children to not like it but if yours doesn’t, you can mix it with a little organic juice.
• Does Nourish need to be refrigerated?
  No. Nourish is made up of spore-forming strains. These strains are shelf and acid stable.
• Why is the Children's and Adult Dosage the same?
  The reason the Nourish dosage is the same for both kids and adults is because of the way spore-forming probiotics work. Unlike traditional probiotics where you’re just adding in random single strains, spore-formers are intelligent. They travel through the digestive tract and then help the microbiome grow whatever strains are most needed. Because of that, the effectiveness isn’t dependent on body size - it’s about creating the right environment. Another really important piece is that our microbiome is our microbiome - it isn’t tied to our size or age. A child’s microbiome can be just as imbalanced as an adult’s, sometimes even more so depending on their history and what’s been passed down. • Will this help with PANDAS/PANS?
