Pathway Dry Brush

Natural Sisal Bristles · Lymphatic Flow + Skin Exfoliation

Sale price$19.00

The Pathway Dry Brush is a bamboo and natural sisal brush made to support lymphatic movement, circulation, and skin exfoliation. A few minutes of gentle brushing before you bathe helps move what your lymphatic system cannot pump on its own, while lifting dead skin from the surface. It’s a simple daily practice for you or your child that is especially beneficial when supporting your body’s drainage pathways during rebalancing.

Made with sustainable bamboo wood and sisal hemp bristles

Recommended to use with:

The Pathway Dry Brush is powerful on its own and is included in the Pathway Kit with Soak and Wash. Dry brush first, then bathe or shower to wash away what you’ve lifted from the skin.

When you’re working to heal chronic or recurring symptoms, pair the Pathway Kit with The ōnlē Gut Rebalance Method. The method addresses the gut from within, while dry brushing helps you care for the skin and lymphatic pathways involved in elimination.

Pathway Dry Brush

Your lymphatic system needs you to move.

Your heart pumps blood through your body. Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like that. It relies on movement, including walking, breathing, and the movement you create with your hands. Dry brushing is one simple way to make that movement a daily happening.

How the Pathway Dry Brush works

Use the brush on dry skin before bathing. Long, gentle strokes toward the heart stimulate the skin and support lymphatic movement, while the bristles lift dead skin from the surface. You don’t need to press hard. A few minutes of consistent brushing does the work.

What makes the Pathway Dry Brush different?

The brush is made from bamboo and natural sisal bristles. It gives you a direct, hands-on way to care for your skin and support movement through the body without adding another product to your skin.

It also fits naturally into the Pathway Kit: dry brush first, then use Soak and Wash when you bathe.

Pathway Dry Brush on its own or alongside the method?

Both. Dry brushing can be part of your everyday care, whether you’re actively rebalancing or simply maintaining your health.

When you use The ōnlē Gut Rebalance Method, it becomes one of the daily practices that supports your body’s elimination pathways while the supplements address the gut from within.

Suggested use:

01

daily use

Use the brush on dry skin before a bath or shower. Start at your feet and brush up your legs toward your heart. Brush your arms toward your shoulders, then use lighter strokes across your abdomen and torso. Keep the pressure gentle. A few minutes is enough.

02

deeper support

When you’re using The ōnlē Gut Rebalance Method, dry brush consistently to support lymphatic movement as your body clears and eliminates. Follow with a bath or shower. The Pathway Kit brings the brush together with Soak and Wash for a fuller routine.

03

Sensitive skin and children

Use a very light touch and brush only skin that feels comfortable. Avoid open wounds, active infections, and inflamed or severely irritated areas. You can brush unaffected skin or skip dry brushing during a flare.

answering your

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to dry brush every day?

Daily use makes it easy to keep this practice consistent, but it only takes a few minutes. Start with a frequency that works for your skin and increase it if you want to. Habit stack. Dry brush before every shower or bath.

Should I dry brush before or after a shower?

Before. Use the brush on completely dry skin, then shower or bathe to wash away the dead skin it lifts.

Can I dry brush if I have eczema or topical steroid withdrawal?

Do not brush over open, inflamed, or severely irritated skin. Use gentle strokes on unaffected areas, or skip dry brushing during a flare.

When rebalancing, follow the pathway guidance in the ōnlē Method Course for other ways to support your drainage pathways if you’re unable to dry brush.

Can children use the Pathway Dry Brush?

Yes, with a very light touch. Keep it brief, just a quick brushing over the body is sufficient.

How do I clean the brush?

Tap out loose skin cells after use and keep the brush dry. For a deeper clean, lightly spritz the bristles with Cleanse and let them dry completely, bristle-side down. Avoid soaking the natural bristles.

Which dry brush will I receive?

You’ll receive the dry brush marked ōnlē organics in the product photos. You may notice a different brush in some of the images, so we want to make that clear.

We’ve recently partnered with a company that employs visually impaired adults to hand-make our next dry brush. We’re excited to bring it to you soon, but the ōnlē organics brush is the one shipping with orders right now.
