Number 1.
Coming in as the most downloaded episode of 2024, this conversation left a profound impact on listeners. It’s a story of resilience, intuition, and the fight to protect our children in a system that doesn’t always have their best interests at heart.

Episode 84, “Medical Kidnapping and Hillary’s Tragic Story,” takes us on a journey through unimaginable challenges and the power of a mother’s intuition. Let’s revisit this powerful moment together.

Hillary’s story begins with her journey as a new mom navigating motherhood during the pandemic. She noticed troubling symptoms in her son, including persistent crying and severe skin issues like rashes and cradle cap. Despite her efforts to advocate for his health and her deep intuition that something was wrong with his gut, she faced repeated dismissals from medical professionals. A pivotal moment came when a pediatrician and nurse practitioner insisted her son needed emergency care, leading to the involvement of CPS.

What followed was a traumatic experience of medical coercion. Hillary was forced to hospitalize her son, even though she knew it was unnecessary. During his hospital stay, her son endured treatments that worsened his condition, including chemical burns and unnecessary blood draws. Hillary felt powerless as her choices as a mother were stripped away, culminating in what she describes as “medical kidnapping.”

Once she was finally separated from the medical system, Hillary could take things back into her own hands. She rebalanced her son’s gut and, while the healing process has been slow, Hillary celebrates being 85% of the way to thriving and acknowledges the importance of patience and perseverance.

This journey deeply impacted her family, particularly her marriage. Hillary reflects on how she and her husband had to grow together as they navigated the emotional toll of caring for their son while coping with his deteriorating health and the confines of a system that prioritized profits over her son’s well-being.

Hillary’s story is a powerful reminder of the resilience of mothers, the importance of advocating for your child, and the necessity of trusting yourself when faced with systemic opposition.

Number 2.
Coming in as the second most downloaded episode of 2024 is Episode 72, “Everything You Need to Know About Silver.”

There’s so much misinformation out there about silver, and it’s no surprise that even those in powerful healthcare positions fear what they don’t fully understand. False claims that silver is unsafe, that it accumulates in the body, turns people blue, or destroys all bacteria like antibiotics often create unnecessary fear - preventing people from discovering its true healing potential.

In this episode, I cut through the noise, dive into the facts, science, history, and modern understanding of silver. From its ancient use as a powerful antimicrobial agent to today’s advanced formulations like Alkaline Structured Silver, this episode equips you with the knowledge to understand its true potential and determine if it’s the right supplement for your family.

We explored how silver works at a cellular level, targeting harmful bacteria, yeast, mold, parasites, and even some viruses while sparing the beneficial microorganisms that keep your gut microbiome healthy. I addressed the myths, including fears of Argyria - a condition tied only to improperly prepared homemade solutions - and explained why professionally manufactured silver supplements are safe, effective, and a life-changer for gut health and overall wellness.

For those looking to incorporate silver into their lives, I shared practical, real-life applications that my family uses daily. From supporting gut health and immunity to cleaning wounds, soothing skin conditions, and even washing produce to extend its shelf life, silver has become a cornerstone of our wellness routine.

If you’ve ever wondered about silver or felt unsure due to the overwhelming misinformation out there, this episode is for you. By the end, you’ll have the confidence and clarity to decide whether silver is an aligned and safe choice for your family’s health.

Number 3.
Coming in as the third most downloaded episode of 2024, Episode 98, “Unless Allergies Genetically Run in Your Family, There is a Way to Heal,” resonated deeply with listeners facing the challenges of allergies. Food and environmental allergies are at an all-time high, and for many families, they seem like an unshakable diagnosis. But what if they don’t have to be?

This episode dives into the possibility of healing allergies, especially when they don’t genetically run in your family. It challenges conventional wisdom, offering hope to those who have been told to simply “wait and see” or “manage” their symptoms.

The episode opens with a deeply personal story of navigating my own son’s severe allergies. By six months old, he tested severely allergic to nine different things, including eight foods and grass. Despite strict avoidance of these allergens and endless appointments with doctors and specialists, his symptoms never improved - in fact, they worsened.

After two years of seeking answers and watching his health deteriorate, we met with a naturopath who finally connected all the dots: every one of his symptoms was rooted in a severe gut imbalance. Rebalancing his gut changed everything. Not only did his symptoms disappear, but every single one of his allergies was completely healed.

The science behind this is both fascinating and empowering. When the gut is imbalanced, inflammation can disrupt the communication between the gut and brain, leading to a cascade of misfires throughout the body. This can mimic allergic reactions, even to foods or substances that wouldn’t normally trigger an immune response. This is why elimination diets often fail to provide relief and why healing the gut is the first step toward true, lasting health.

For anyone navigating allergies, this episode provides the clarity and hope you need. It explains why rebalancing the gut is a game-changer, offering a path toward healing that conventional medicine often overlooks. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or you’ve been managing allergies for years, this conversation could hold the key to transforming your health or your child’s.

Number 4.
Coming in as the fourth most downloaded episode of 2024, Episode 85: “Healing From Antibiotics” deeply resonated with listeners navigating the aftermath of antibiotic use for themselves or their children. While antibiotics can be necessary, their profound impact on the gut microbiome is often overlooked.

In this episode, we dove into how antibiotics disrupt the delicate balance of good and bad bacteria in the gut, and how they lead to long-term symptoms. And we discussed why it takes two years for the microbiome to fully recover after just one round of antibiotics.

A key focus was the often-unspoken connection between antibiotic use during pregnancy or postpartum and its ripple effects on maternal mental health and a child’s developing gut microbiome.

For many, this episode provided much-needed reassurance that healing is absolutely possible. If you or your child have taken antibiotics and haven’t intentionally rebalanced your gut, this episode serves as a reminder to take proactive steps to restore balance.

We explored how rebalancing not only repairs damage from antibiotics but also helps prevent future antibiotic use by strengthening the immune system and supporting a healthy microbiome.

Packed with practical advice and encouragement, this episode is a must-listen for anyone seeking to restore and protect their gut health, especially if you’ve ever taken antibiotics in the last two years.

Number 5.
Coming in as the fifth most downloaded episode of 2024, Episode 88: “Everything You Need to Know About Candida,” deeply resonated with listeners, especially parents searching for answers to their children’s unexplained symptoms.

I shared my personal journey with my son, whose struggles with candida overgrowth were repeatedly misdiagnosed and dismissed. Candida, a naturally occurring yeast in the body, supports detoxification and nutrient absorption when balanced. However, when it grows unchecked, it can cause significant harm to the gut, skin, mood, and overall health.

We dove into the wide-ranging symptoms of candida overgrowth - from digestive issues, rashes, and fatigue to behavioral outbursts in children and even mental health challenges like anxiety and irritability. I also explained its common causes, including imbalances during pregnancy that can unknowingly be passed to baby during birth.

My son, who had never taken antibiotics or consumed processed foods, developed candida overgrowth due to this very scenario. Once we identified the root cause and rebalanced his gut, his symptoms completely disappeared, and his health was transformed.

This episode empowered thousands of listeners by offering a clear roadmap to rebalance the gut and restore candida levels to a healthy state. If you or your child are experiencing persistent symptoms without clear answers, or if you suspect candida overgrowth, this episode is a must-listen. It’s filled with hope, actionable steps, and the reassurance that healing is absolutely possible.

Number 6.
Coming in as the sixth most downloaded episode of 2024, Episode 99: “Why is No One Talking About This? You Need to Know This About Mold” opened many listeners’ eyes to the hidden impact of mold exposure on the body.

Mold is often associated with respiratory issues and allergies, but the missing link - and the key to true healing - is in the gut. Mold exposure disrupts the microbiome, creating an imbalance that triggers inflammation, weakens the immune system, and contributes to a host of symptoms, including leaky gut, skin rashes, mood changes, and autoimmune conditions.

In this episode, we explored how mold feeds harmful bacteria and yeast in the body, producing toxins that exacerbate gut imbalance and systemic inflammation. We also learned why healing from mold exposure isn’t complete without addressing gut health. Ignoring the gut leads to new, persistent symptoms as the body continues to cry out for help.

You learned actionable steps for addressing mold exposure, from removing yourself from the environment to cleansing your body with the Women’s and Children’s Gut Rebalance Kits.

If you’ve ever suspected mold exposure or are struggling to fully heal, this episode is worth listening to.

Number 7.
Coming in as the seventh most downloaded episode of 2024, Episode 115: “You Will Never Fully Heal if You Don’t Do This,” resonated deeply with listeners and challenged us all to reframe how we think about healing.

In this episode, I shared a sometimes hard to hear truth: healing isn’t just about the supplements you take, the foods you eat, or even avoiding environmental triggers like mold. The most important factor in your healing journey is your mindset. Your thoughts and beliefs about your ability to heal can either accelerate your progress or create resistance that blocks it entirely.

We explored the idea that what you focus on expands - a concept beautifully summarized by Henry from The Positive Mindset Podcast: “Your frequency is what you frequently see.” If your thoughts are filled with doubt, fear, or skepticism, you’re unintentionally holding yourself back. But when you shift your mindset to one of hope, faith, and belief in your body’s ability to heal, you align yourself with the outcome you desire.

I shared how this shift in mindset is like cultivating fertile soil in a garden. You can’t plant seeds of healing in a mind cluttered with doubt and expect to thrive. Instead, nurturing your thoughts, focusing on small positive changes, and redirecting negativity are essential to truly heal - not just physically but emotionally and spiritually.

Healing isn’t linear, and setbacks are a natural part of the process. But each challenge is an opportunity to reaffirm your belief in your body’s ability to thrive. For many listeners, this episode provided the reminder they needed to embrace the journey, trust the process, and see every step - even the hard ones - as part of their transformation.

If you’re feeling stuck or questioning whether healing is possible, this episode is a must-listen. It’s a call to align your mindset with the life and health you want, reminding you that true healing begins with belief.

As we wrap up this special recap episode, I want to leave you with one final thought: healing is a journey, not a destination. Every story, every insight, and every breakthrough we’ve shared this year is a reminder that no matter where you are right now, healing is possible.

Thank you for being here, for sharing your time and energy, and for showing up for yourself and your family. If one of these episodes sparked something in you, I encourage you to revisit it or share it with someone who might need it. Together, we’re creating a ripple of healing and hope that reaches far beyond this podcast. Here’s to a new year filled with hope, healing, and thriving health. Until next time, take care and trust your journey. You’re exactly where you’re meant to be. Happy New Year.
